Please be aware that according to recent regulations, applications can be submitted only after the vehicle has been transferred abroad and registered with new foreign plate numbers.
Det harmonere meget med de oplysninger han gav mig. Der kan handles mellem registrerede virksomheder når transporten mellem landene foregår som en TIR transport mellem landene. Tolderne skal have fat i at bilen flyttes.

Export
In case of final overseas export of a vehicle you have to ask the Public Car Register (PRA) the "Cessation of circulation for export."
The radiation for final export may be required by the Nominee by the person or title (for example, the heir or the owner does not even nominee to the PRA). In the latter case, the holder is not entitled to the PRA should also give them the title of original purchase (bill of sale, a measure of the Public Administration, the minutes of the auction, acceptance of inheritance etc.) Drawn up in the form prescribed by law.
The PRA, following the request, issues the Certificate of Radiation .
With the final export of the vehicle, this ceases to be enrolled in the Motor Vehicle Registry.
From the tax period following the date of issuance of the Certificate of Radiation, stops in fact the obligation of payment of vehicle tax (car tax).
The demand for radiation for export may be made only after the vehicle has been transferred abroad and registered with a new foreign number plates.
In the event that the vehicle has been exported, but not yet re-registered abroad, the radiation may be required for export enclosing a document proving the effective transfer of the vehicle abroad (eg. Transport document, customs bill etc. ).
For vehicles exported to EU countries but not yet reimmatricolati, the transport document (eg. the CMR Waybill or international), which can be attached photocopy must demonstrate the successful export of the vehicle through the indication of the plate or the frame and should be integrated with the receipt of delivery to the recipient abroad.
In the case of intra-Community supplies between professionals (not VAT taxable ex art. 41 DL 331/93), with the obligation then to transport or delivery of the vehicle in the territory of another EU state, it is considered appropriate also the sales invoice (or a copy) in the buyer's favor foreign EU, containing the indication of the identity of the vehicle (plate or frame) and the reference operation intra-Community VAT.
For vehicles exported to countries outside the EU but not yet reimmatricolati, an alternative to the transport document may be attached to the customs bill (photocopy).
For details of the documents certifying the final export, you can see the explanatory note (PDF, 49 Kb)
If the vehicle is registered to export to the PRA a measure of administrative detention must first clear the administrative detention (after paying the amounts due to the concessionaire of taxes) and later request the "Cessation of circulation for export."
In the event that the vehicle to be exported result recorded a mortgage not yet expired, a garnishment or seizure, shall be attached a document proving the consent to the radiation from the creditor or the competent authority.
In particular, for the export of vehicles with mortgages and not yet due is necessary to attach the act of consent of the creditor made in the form of private deed notarized.
We therefore recommend that, before doing the practice, to ask for a "business profile" of the vehicle (including online), indicating the number plate, to verify that the vehicle there is a firm or another administrative burden.
Who can apply for export
The demand for "Cessation of circulation for export" of the vehicle must be signed by the Nominee of the vehicle, by the heir or by the owner who, for whatever reason, does not result nominee to the PRA.
If the request is signed in front of an officer, you must attach a photocopy of identification / recognition of the person who signed.
Where to submit the application
The request must be made at one ATM Electronic dell'Automobilista STA , or at the Italian Consulate in the foreign country where the vehicle was exported.
